Scholarship Eligibility

• Nominees must be a current ConnOTA member.
• OT/OTA students may apply after having successfully completed a minimum of one semester in a program accredited by ACOTE.
• The individual must be currently enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy curriculum in Connecticut or be a Connecticut resident enrolled in an accredited occupational therapy curriculum outside of Connecticut.

Awards are given up to $500

Application forms are due by February 21 (11:59 pm).

All awardees will be announced at the Spring Conference and shall receive one complimentary registration to the conference.

The nomination committee shall make selections and notify all nominees of their status by February 23.  The scholarship recipients will be honored at the Spring Conference and shall receive one complimentary registration to the conference.
