Award Categories *Award of Merit*Recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in clinical practice, research, leadership or innovation and whose body of work is considered exemplary and influential by peers. Criteria
*Award of Service*Recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions in advancing the mission and strategic goals of ConnOTA and/or the practice of occupational therapy in Connecticut through community leadership or advocacy.
*Fieldwork Educator Award*Recognizes the provision of exceptional fieldwork education by OT Practitioners in fostering the growth and development of future OT Practitioners. Criteria
*Emerging Leader Award *Recognizes students of occupational therapy student or novice practitioner (5 years of experience or less) who have demonstrated outstanding leadership within the profession of OT. Criteria
*Award of Clinical Excellence*Recognizes an OT Practitioner who has demonstrated clinical excellence within the field of Occupational Therapy. Criteria
Awarded to a ConnOTA member at the discretion of the ConnOTA President in recognition of excellence within the profession of occupational therapy
